Booking Procedures and Conditions

Bookings can be made by telephone, email, or in writing. They must then be confirmed with a deposit, by either credit card, or debit card. Cheques will be accepted for postal booking.

A deposit of one third of the total booking cost will be required to secure a booking. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the Holiday. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the commencement date of the Holiday booking start date, then the entire balance is due at the time of booking.

All bookings will be confirmed by email, unless required in writing.

The deposit is non refundable if the booking is subsequently cancelled, unless we are able to re let the property for the entire period that the original booking was due for. Once within the six week period of the commencement of the booking and therefore after the balance has been paid no refunds will be made for cancelled bookings. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CLIENTS TAKE OUT THEIR OWN HOLDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE POLICY.

At the time of paying the balance, a security deposit of £100 is required to cover the cost of any potential breakages, or damage. This will be refunded to your credit or debit card,used for the booking, at the time of departure.

Dogs ( maximum of 2 ) are charged at £25 per dog, per booking.

Bookings commence on a Friday at 4 pm and run until 10 am the following Friday.

Shorter term bookings ( Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ) or ( Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ) may be available, subject to availability, in the Off Peak periods.
